- Sir Thomas Darnell of Heyling, in the County of Lincoln, Esquire, created Baronet, Sert. 6. 1621. But dying without issue 1640, the title became extinct.
Lineage:
SIR THOMAS DARNELL, of Heyling, in Lincolnshire, who was created a BARONET 6th September,
1621, married Sarah, daughter of Thomas Fisher, esquire and sister of Sir Thomas Fisher, baronet of Islington, but leaving no son at his decease, which occurred about the year 1640, the title became EXTINCT.
Arms:
" Azure two bars between six mascles voided or, three in chief, two in fesse, one in base. "
- Crest: a natural-colored pheasant, supporting on its back a falcon's leg of the same, grilled in gold, the talon downward."
